The founder of Course Correction Consulting, James Hardie, has over 30 years experience in the aviation industry in various roles from pilot to Program Director. With experience in sales, marketing, public relations, public speaking and product development, he has built and led teams in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia to provide exceptional customer service.

In supporting a wide variety of aviation customers while building service businesses, his insights are based on a demanding, highly regulated and competitive environment. By collaborating with customers and other solution providers in business aviation, he was part of a successful team that built on ideals of community and shared ownership that helped customers grow and outperform the their competition.Through Course Correction Consulting he intends to build an inter-active community of expertise that can be easily accessed by teams and companies to provide a boost to learning and development in key business areas.

James is on the Board of Directors for the British Business and General Aviation Association, and regularly presents at business aviation industry panels. In his spare time, James is a Level 2 coach in Krav Maga (members of British Martial Arts and Boxing Association) at Crawley Combat Academy, where he leads the foundation classes.
He is also a board member of the newly formed Community Interest Company 'The Self Defence Centre' which aims to use self-defence to build self-confidence and develop positive mindsets for disadvantaged groups in our society.
